The coupling is composed of multiple sets of diaphragms (stainless steel sheets), and the diaphragms are connected with the two halves of the coupling by bolts. Each group of diaphragms is made of several pieces. The coupling compensates the relative displacement of the two connecting shafts through the elastic deformation of the diaphragm. It is a high-performance elastic coupling with strong metal elements.

It does not need lubrication. Compact structure, high strength, long service life, no rotating clearance, not affected by temperature and oil pollution. It has the characteristics of acid resistance, alkali resistance and corrosion resistance. Applicable to shafting transmission under high temperature, high speed and corrosive medium conditions

Main features of JINGBANG coupling:
